The Alliant Energy Foundation Service Anniversary Grants Program benefits nonprofit organizations chosen by employees celebrating milestone service anniversaries with Alliant Energy, its predecessors or subsidiaries. Grants ranging from $25 to $250 are awarded for 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 years of service. In 2009, 238 employees celebrated service anniversaries and the Foundation awarded $19,000 in grants to nonprofit groups in the employees' honor.
